Install Screen Connect for remote support

1. Open your browser and navigate to https://remote.sperretech.com
2. Click the blue circle with white arrow inside to download the installer

3. Enter ARC in the COMPANY field and then click DOWNLOAD on the bottom right

4. When the download completes, click on OPEN FILE under the file
   1. 
   2. This will perform the installation for you. It should be quick and almost unnoticeable.
5. On a successful installation, you will now see the ST logo in your system tray
