What is Autopilot?
Windows Autopilot is a tool that sets up your device automatically, with all the apps, settings, and security policies your organization requires. It helps ensure your computer is ready to use right out of the box—no manual setup or IT visit needed.


Steps to Complete Setup

Follow these steps to get your new Arc Health device set up and ready to use. This process usually takes about 20–45 minutes. If anything doesn't match what you see, reach out to Support@archealthpartners.com.

1. Connect Device to a Power Source

Make sure your device is plugged in while completing the setup.

2. Power On the Device

You should see the Dell logo with 'Secured with Dell SafeBIOS' when it starts up.

3. Select Language

Choose your preferred language (usually 'English - United States') and click Continue in English.

4. Confirm Region

Select your country or region (e.g., United States) and click Yes.

5. Confirm Keyboard Layout

Choose the default keyboard layout (e.g., US) and click Yes.

   Add Second Keyboard Layout

When asked about a second layout, click Skip.

6. Connect to Wi-Fi

Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Click Next after it connects.

7. Checking for Updates

This may take a few minutes. Your device may reboot several times.

8. Sign In With the Admin Account Provided

If prompted, select “Sign in for work or school.” Enter the admin account provided by Arc Health IT Support. If you don’t have this information or need assistance, contact: Support@archealthpartners.com.A computer screen with a computer screen

9. Device Setup Process Begins

You’ll see a message: 'Please wait while we set up your device.'

This screen shows progress through Device Preparation, Device Setup, and Account Setup.

10. Finalizing Setup

You might see 'Just a moment...' before the admin account is logged in.

11. Reboot The Device

You will need to reboot the device and sign in with your Provider email account. Click on the Windows button, then the admin account. Select “Sign Out”.

12. Sign Into Your Provider Email Account

Log back in using your provider email account.

13. Setup Is Complete

You are all set to start using the laptop.
