TherapyAppointment offers a special account type for Ancillary Companies that manage the administrative and billing aspects of multiple practices using TherapyAppointment as their EHR. These are known as External Agent Accounts, and this is what we utilize for Arc OpCo employees.
Instructions to create an External Agent Account
Step 1: Request an External Biller Account
- Send an email to support@therapyappointment.com asking for an "External Biller Account"
- Include the following information;
- Name
- Full Address (use OpCo Corporate Address)

- Phone Number
- eMail Address (Your Arc eMail)
Step 2: Set-Up Meeting with IT Rep to add your account to the practice(s)
- Once TherapyAppointment creates your account;
- Open an support ticket with Arc IT (support@archealthpartners.com) or reply to the existing ticket (if you have one) to request an appointment to add you to the practice(s).
Step 3: Get Added
- The IT Ops member will guide you through how to add practices (they have a part to play, as well as you).
