With many SAaS (Software As a Service) and Web based applications, the first step all vendors will ask you to do is to clear the cookies and cache from your browser.
It is highly recommended that you perform these steps, and retry the action that led you to ask for support.
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
In Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click Settings
Privacy & Services.
- Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose What to Clear.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear.
