How to display IOP/Facility Appointments On The Provider List View

Description:

If you facilitate appointments for facility-based charges (e.g., IOP Groups), the Provider List View of your Scheduler will not automatically show the attendees. The reason for that is that in order to do Facility UB04 Billing, the "Provider" is actually set to be the FACILITY, not you. 

You can follow these steps to see all appointments on YOUR Column.

1. Login to your practice's EHR Office Key
2. From your dashboard, click Home, then Scheduler
3. Go to the Provider List View Tab
4. Set the filters as follows;
   1. Category = All
   2. Providers = All (Click Drop Down, and box next to the search field. This will select all provider)
   3. Facility = All Facilities
   4. Column= YOUR Column (I.,e. Your Name) 

Once the filter is set, your individual and Facility/IOP appointments will show on your provider list view.
